1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process

Account data: name, e-mail, phone number, language.
Order data: addresses, ordered items and services, prices, chat messages with partners and couriers.
Location: the delivery or pickup address you enter; for couriers and drivers working in the Pro app, live GPS position while a job is active.
Wallet data: balance, top-ups, payments and refunds inside the Go4You wallet.
Partner applications: company name, contact person, e-mail, phone, city, business type and your message.
Technical data: device push token, IP address and server logs needed for security.

3. Why and on what legal basis

To provide the service and process orders — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To answer partner applications — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Security, fraud prevention and service improvement — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Marketing messages — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who receives the data

Partners fulfilling your order (restaurants, shops, specialists, couriers, drivers) — only what they need for that order.
Hosting providers of this website and of the Go4You server.
Push notification services: Expo, Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple (APNs).
Map tiles: OpenStreetMap and CARTO — your device requests map images from them.
Public authorities, where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Account data — while your account exists. Order and payment records — as long as accounting law requires. Live GPS positions of couriers are used only during an active job. Partner applications that do not lead to cooperation — up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the app. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. The customer account stores your language choice and sign-in session in your browser’s local storage. If analytics tools are added to the website, this section will be updated.
